Please note that some of our items will be sold to you prior to manufacturing, on a pre-sale basis, and delivery will only occur following the production of those goods. Rest assured, if you pre-order and prepay for a product, you will receive the item as part of our commitment to you.

As soon as we receive your order, our system process it. Once your order has been processed, it can only be canceled within the first 30 days and cannot be canceled or modified after 30 days.  Nor can the shipping or billing address be changed. Any changes required after 30 days will have to wait until the order has arrived at the shipping address. If you move and a new shipping address is required, please contact our Customer Service team to help you address that specific change.
